1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by SnakeQuery ("Service", "Platform", "We"). By using our service, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

SnakeQuery is a SaaS platform that enables users to perform interactive queries with their datasets.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

2.1 Basic Service

SnakeQuery provides AI-powered chat and query capabilities with user-uploaded data. The service operates on a "pay-as-you-use" model.

2.2 Pricing

Payment is calculated based on the number of queries performed. There are no minimum or maximum fee limits. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

3.1 SnakeQuery's Rights

The SnakeQuery platform, its algorithms, software, design, logo, and all technical components are the intellectual property of SnakeQuery and are protected by copyright laws.

3.2 Rights to User Data

Data uploaded by users to the platform remains the property of the user. However, we reserve the right to perform necessary technical operations for service delivery.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

Copying, reverse engineering, modifying, or distributing the platform code, algorithms, or technical structure is strictly prohibited.

4. USER ACCOUNTS AND DATA

4.1 Account Information

The following information is stored for service use:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Password (encrypted)

  • Usage history

4.2 Data Storage and Deletion

When a user closes their account, all personal data is permanently deleted from the system within 30 days. Account recovery is possible during this period.

5. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

5.1 Suspension Conditions

Your account may be suspended with email notification under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of terms of service

  • Engaging in illegal activities

  • Unauthorized use of others' data

  • System abuse

  • Causing harm to other users

5.2 Notification Process

In case of account suspension, a notification will be sent to your registered email address. You have the right to appeal and can contact us at info@snakequery.com.

5.3 Account Termination

Users can close their accounts at any time. In case of permanent account closure, data will be deleted within 30 days.

6. USAGE RULES

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Uploading and querying data belonging to others without permission

  • Uploading illegal, harmful, or unethical content

  • Attempting to manipulate the system

  • Attempting to prevent other users' service usage

  • Spam or automated query submission

  • Attempting to copy platform code or algorithms

7. PAYMENT TERMS

7.1 Payment System

All payments are processed through the Lemon Squeezy payment system. Accounts are not suspended for non-payment, only new queries may be blocked.

7.2 Refund Policy

No refunds are available for completed queries. In case of technical problems, you can contact our support team.

8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

8.1 AI Responses

SnakeQuery provides no guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of responses generated by artificial intelligence. AI responses are for informational purposes only and should not be used alone in decision-making processes.

8.2 User Data

We are not responsible for the legality, ethics, or accuracy of data content uploaded by users to the platform. The responsibility for data content lies entirely with the user.

8.3 General Limitation of Liability

SnakeQuery cannot be held liable for direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages that may arise from service use.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and GDPR:

  • Your personal data is processed solely for service delivery purposes

  • Your data is not shared with third parties

  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days upon account deletion request

  • Your rights to access, correct, and delete your data are reserved

10. SERVICE CHANGES

SnakeQuery reserves the right to improve, change, or terminate the service. Important changes will be notified to users via email.

11. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.

12. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

These terms of service may be updated when necessary. Changes will be published on the website and deemed accepted through continued use.
